This site was formed from the ashes of ZybeReds, the first attempt at an unofficial,
fan-driven website for Bristol City FC, some time in the late 1990s.
The database of results was put together over
many hours (pronounced "years") of hard, tedious slog. As the information in the database
grew, so it became obvious that it needed its own web presence, and Citystats was
born.
At the end of 2006 the site was handed over to Tom F the technical geek behind the OTIB message board and the incider online fanzine. The site was fully updated to include all players, results and mangerial changes. At some point in the future City Stats will get a rewrite and will include some more useful information. This site would not be where it was without the input and hard work of Katherine & Co.
The information on this site was gathered from many different sources, but the two most
